Director of Compliance
Lee navigates GridWorks through the legal and regulatory environment of non-emergent medical transportation. Lee recognizes and addresses company risks creatively by leveraging his prior advocacy experience. Prior to joining GridWorks, Lee worked in both the private and public sectors.
Asa law clerk for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Oregon, he assisted with criminal prosecutions and civil enforcement actions. In private practice, he represented small businesses and large corporations alike against commercial liability and contract claims. Having witnessed the impacts of mobility on health care in his own family, Lee is passionate about the GridWorks mission.
